Not only does our CCCS provide valuable real-time information about all cases, but it’s also a great interactive tool. Used to provide specific instructions regarding any given case or upload new cases and communicate with one of recovery professionals. If client-side information regarding a case needs to be updated, simply make a note in the appropriate section and this is immediately flagged to our collection team. Likewise, if our collection team requires information, this is immediately flagged for the client’s representative to act upon.

Easy access to monitor all fees incurred, monies recovered and amounts still outstanding, whether on a case-by-case basis, or as an overview of the case load.

Using 128-bit encryption, our CCCS is secured by the same Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) adopted by the U.S. government.
