Two questions we often get asked is "How did we actually collect that debt?" and "What methods we actually use?" - The answer is quite simply that we don't use just one method. Our collection team look at the merits of all the cases we chase. We take into account the amount, the age, the type of industry of the debtor, the type of industry of the client and we can of course find up to the minute company information at the touch of a few buttons.

The management team has proved over many years that highly professional, ethical practises are far more effective than any sort of threatening ones. When a debtor is contacted by us they will know immediately that they are dealing with experts.

We will never affect the working relationships with our clients and their debtors. Instructing us, does not necessarily mean you can never do business with your client again and quite often our approach collects the debts and builds bridges again.

Lastly, we are results driven. Our product is collecting debt. We don't collect a debt, we don't get paid.
